A delicious and delicate Award Winning Smoked Trout Pate, rich in flavour, affordable in cost and ready to eat as soon as you order. Ideal in canapes and starters. Perfect anytime spread decadently over good brown bread or oatcakes.

Our smoked trout pate is never frozen and is freshly produced in small batches each day by hand, using our prime smoked fish trimmings and fresh simple ingredients.

Ingredients: Scottish Smoked Trout (53%) (Farmed Scottish Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) (Fish), Salt, Sugar), Crème fraiche (Milk) (35%), Lemon Juice (6%), Butter (Milk). White Pepper.
