Cold Smoked, Hand Pin Boned and Ready to Eat. Delicate and delicious. A true delight for any occasion.

Smoked slowly then rested to let all the natural flavours mature. The pellicle ‘(crusty skin’) is carefully removed and each fillet hand pin-boned with fish tweezers to remove the bones. Each slice is hand-carved individually lengthwise into long paper thin slices, prior to packing.

Shelf live: 21 days from dispatch. Smoked tout will fresh in your freezer for up to 3 months.

Shelflife: 21 days from dispatch.

Keep refrigerated between 0° to 5°C. Consume within 3 days of opening the pack.

Freeze for up to 3 months.

This product is ready to eat and enjoy.

Hot smoked trout can be served cold or warmed through in the oven.

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.
